Install Flash On Your iPad [Jailbreak]

Engadget released the first version of Frash. Frash has been developed by @Comex and brings Adobe Flash 10.1 to the iPad. You can only install Frash manually and you need a jailbroken iPad.

The article on Engadget explains how you can install Frash. You also need a file called Frash.deb, but has been deleted from their blog. It can be found fairly easy by using Google search.

Not everything works smoothly. Playing Flash-based games is possible but sometimes buggy. Video-playback is not possible yet, but a future update to a more stable version of Frash should correct this. The video below proofs that Frash works:

Wednesday January 27th was the big day many have been waiting for. Apple released the tablet computer “iPad”. There was only room for a limited amount of people, so everybody else had to wait outside and wait till the news was released via Twitter or other sources. Apple displayed the iPad as the best web browsing experience, the best photo display device, the best…you get the idea. Everything is the best when Steve Jobs talks about his products, but not everybody thinks like that. Watch the video below.

CollegeHumor also made a video in which they speak about the humor-side of the iPad. It opens up a lot of new possibilities to make jokes about Apple products.

Transform Your iMac Into A Touchscreen Device

Although it is not directly related to the Apple Tablet, it still is about an Apple product and a touchscreen. Maybe it takes too long before you can finally get your hands on the Apple tablet, or maybe it is harder then your thought to control the new Magic Mouse that comes with the new iMac. From now on there’s a solution. You can go to the company who calls themselves Troll Touch and transform the screen of your iMac (or MacBook) into a touchscreen.

The company Troll Touch is specialized in equipping Macs with a touchscreen. This can be done with a kit so you can do that yourself, but you can also let Troll Touch handle it. You can buy a Mac from them with a pre-installed touchscreen.

If you want to equip your Mac, you have to have a big pocket filled with money, because it’s not cheap. The price for equipping the 21,5-inch iMac with a touchscreen is $1099 and it costs $1699 for the 27-inch model. The MacBook-kit is $699. These prices are for the kits alone, you have to install it yourself. If you want a pre-installed touchscreen on an iMac, prices start at $2299.
