“Sources in a position to know tell me Apple (AAPL) is indeed planning a media event later this month at which it will announce a major new product. The gathering is to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, a space Apple often uses for media events like these. According to other sources, it will occur on Wednesday Jan. 27, not Tuesday Jan. 26, as had been rumored.”

So grab your agenda once more, delete January 26th, then open it at the page of January 27th and reserve that day for the Apple event. Only a little more then 3 three weeks from now, we’ll hopefully see this wonderful new Apple product that all those rumors promise us.

“The company has rented a stage at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco for several days in late January, according to people familiar with the plans.

Apple is expected to use the venue to make a major product announcement on Tuesday, January 26th. Both YBCA and Apple declined to comment.”

It is unclear what the topic of next months media event will be, but it’s very easy to guess it could very well be the announcement of the long rumored Apple Tablet. It’s almost new year and January 26th is very close. Let’s cross our fingers and hope we will finally see this legendary device.
