Meet Iggy. Not only humans are stepping into a new era of technical wonders, cats are also very interested in getting to know devices like the iPad. It turns out Iggy is a pretty good musician. Very adorable to say the least.

By the way, there are several iPad apps for cats. Take ‘Cat Commander Pro’ for instance. It must be a joke, but according to the description you can talk to your cat and it will understand you…yeah right! For $0,99 [App Store] it’s yours. Have fun.

PC World Performs Stress Test On iPad

First the baseball bat destruction of the iPad. Next were the guys from Will it blend? who completely turned the iPad to ash with their superman blender. And now a video from PC World performing a stress test. How much can the iPad withstand?

The video they made shows what they do with the iPad. They let it fall on the carpet, use it as a coaster, spill coffee over its screen, wash the screen clean with soap and water and than drop it on the stone floor. To make sure the iPad is really dead a baseball-ball hits the screen with force.

It turns out the screen is really scratch resistant and can be controlled by a donut…

iPad: Will It Blend?

Okay, you buy the iPad, you go home, start the device and start watching a movie. No? Music? No? Play games maybe? No! There are a lot of other things you can do with the iPad. You could buy the baseball bat accessory to smash the iPad to heaven. But you could also buy a nice blender to…blend some juice?…no, to blend the iPad.

The guys from Will it Blend? have made a new video showing the iPad is not strong enough to withstand the force of their blender. They do cheat a little by the way, but even at 43 seconds the iPad still works! Thanks for the quality stuff Apple.

Personally I think it’s a waste of money and a shame to destroy such a beautiful product, but at the same time I can’t help but laugh at these kind of videos. This blender must be made of diamond or something, it never breaks but does destroy everything else.

First Person Already Waiting For iPad

At 5th Avenue in New York is an Apple Store. And right in front of it is a man waiting for the iPad to be launched tomorrow. His name is Greg Packer and not new in the ‘business’. He was also the first in line waiting for the first iPhone to arrive several years ago.

Now I was thinking, when you pre-ordered an iPad you don’t have to wait in line to be the first to get an iPad. The pre-ordered iPad will simple be delivered at your doorstep or it will be waiting for you to come and get it. No matter what, you will have an iPad tomorrow when you’ve pre-ordered it.

So this man either has not pre-ordered the iPad and really wants to be sure he’ll have one on Saturday morning, or he just wants media attention. If it’s the latter, it certainly worked. Watch the interview below:

Foxtrot Made A Funny Cartoon About The iPad

The question is which one of our beloved super heroes will NOT appear on the iPad? Foxtrot made a funny cartoon in which they answer that last question.

Another iPad Parody

Students of the Wilkes University made a parody video about the iPad. It was part of their study. The video clearly shows the iPad might not be that suitable for older people, joggers and drivers as thought. You can’t make phone calls, there’s no camera and even the name just shouts for making fun of it. People who buy the iPad all know these shortcomings, but the user friendly part of the device is far more important than the things the iPad cannot do. And the students, Apple fanboys as they are, know that too, but they show they’re not blind for the shortcomings of the iPad.

The video was part of Com 320. Media Management at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.

Doritos Makes iPad Promo Video Parody

Haven’t seen the iPad promo video? I doubt it, but just to make sure you, here is the link. The video talks about how amazing and magical the iPad is. Doritos made a parody. They introduce the Doritos Tablet. The chipstechnology doubles every two years, but at Doritos they show this limitation has been broken.
